The Hughes Hall Lucy Cavendish Combined Boat Club ordering window is now open! Check out the wide range of kit available from our supplier, Powerhouse.
Kit is recommended for those wanting to compete for the college, and is useful for sports training at any level. We would suggest that the HHBC or LCCBC Onepiece is the core item necessary for racing, but any kit purchased is at the discretion of the individual. If you’re looking for a waterproof jacket to row in and wear off the water, we’d recommend choosing the Sprayjacket over the FRJ (Fitted Rowing Jacket). Thermal kit is undeniably useful in the races early after Christmas!
The kit supplied by Powerhouse is very reasonable in price, and considerably cheaper than that for other boat clubs. Men will need to click on the Hughes Hall BC link to view and select our kit, and women will find theirs under Hughes Hall/Lucy Cav. Register on the website and have a look through, but remember that the ordering window closes on 29th October 2010.
When purchasing kit you will have to supply a billing and shipping address. Please enter your billing address as normal, but leave the default “DELIVER TO CLUB” as the shipping address. Kit will then be delivered to Aoife and Alex at Hughes Hall, and will save on postage costs.
